Explore life’s big questions at ALPHA!
Join us for an ALPHA Info Night at 6:30pm Thursday, August 9, in the Hall!
Alpha is a space to explore life's big questions, to say what you think and to hear other people's points of view. QUESTIONS? Please call Manda at (480) 775-5221.
The ALPHA course is a nine-week class exploring some of the central questions of the Christian faith. Is there more to life than this? Who is Jesus? How can I have faith? Why and how should I pray? How does God guide us? What does the Holy Spirit do? And many more... Alpha is perfect for people who might not consider themselves Christian or even religious, yet it can also be of great benefit for people who may have been around Christianity for a while and are looking for something more. The basic format for ALPHA is a shared meal, followed by a video presentation and small group discussion. It’s as simple as that. Where could ALPHA take you? Do you know someone who might be interested in ALPHA? A co-worker who is curious about the faith? A family member who is away from the Church? A friend who might be open to attend an ALPHA course with you? Consider giving ALPHA a try! Invite someone to join you. With 8,760 hours in a year, why not take just 18 of those hours to explore some of life’s most important questions regarding God, faith and meaning?
