"God does not ask us to be perfect, but only to be His hands and feet."
I love this ministry. Tears still come to my eyes when we pray the Our Father with clients; but now I am not afraid to do so. I look forward to my day in the SVdP office at Paz de Cristo and to seeing what work there is to do. We have seen single mothers who have no visible means of support, and men with families who have lost their jobs and are frantic. We deliver food, we provided rent and utility assistance, and most importantly we give hope and a prayer. I have learned so much from the clients we serve, but I know that God has much to teach me.
